What is included in the protection plan

Fenice Care System offers to cover the cost of any accident that may be needed in the first 5 years of the life of the sofa. With a small additional cost at the moment of purchase, Fenice specialists assure a free intervention for the protection against stains caused by: food, beverages (including red wine), sweets, ink ballpoint pen, cosmetics, shampoo, body and animal fluids, wax and wax polish, paints, bleach, acids and corrosive and accidental damage such as tears, cuts, burns and scratches.

How the protection program works

The seller must give you a copy of the contract and a Fenice kit for a longer life of the sofa when you purchase the sofa.

The protection starts from the date of delivery of the sofa and lasts for 5 years.

If damage occurs during the coverage period, simply contact Fenice Care System for guidance on how to handle the problem.

If necessary, we will send you with no charge a technician to solve the problem.

If, at the discretion of Fenice Care Systems, the problem could not be solved by a service call, we will replace the damaged part or the whole couch, at no cost.
